Changes in the work schedule for the upcoming holidays

International Students Office and other offices have non-working days:
🧘 from 28 April till 1 May
🧘‍ from 9 till 12 May
27 April is working day!

Students have non-study days:
🙋‍1 May
🙋‍9 May

Some tips:
1⃣ If you are going to another town/country 🛫, let us know via email 📩

2⃣ If accommodating in the hotel, take the registration with you and after holidays come to renew your registration to 312AK (visa countries)/ a passport office (visa-free countries) 🏘 https://vk.com/@miptx-registration-and-visa-how-to-get-and-extend

3⃣ Always have with you the passport, a migration card and a registration 🛂

4⃣ If you need emergency help, contact you insurance company 🏥 or 112 (ambulance) 🚑 https://vk.com/@miptx-health-insurance

5⃣ Smoking 🚭, drinking alcohol 🚱 and fire-making 📛 on the university campus are strictly prohibited https://old.mipt.ru/students/life/lodging/pravila/

Do you have the medical insurance "Медсанчасть03"? If yes, so get involved in the photo-competition called "The young spring has come" ( «Весна пришла к нам молодая…»). You may submit works for the contest from April 15 to May 05, 2024.
